Measure your waist and your hips and use the bigger of the two numbers. Between
sizes, go up. Most adults are M, L or XL — S is cut for children and very slim
adults.
No. Wrap it around, close it, pull the cord. The pulley system does the work, so
it doesn't take grip strength to get it tight.
Under a work shirt or jumper, no. Under something very thin and pale you may see
the outline of the panels.
Yes. The important thing is to keep moving while you wear it — use the belt so
you can stay active rather than as a reason to sit still.
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched from Sydney the same
