1. Who you are buying from

This site is operated by Cubic Innov8 Pty Ltd (ABN 50 689 173 144, ACN 689 173 144), an Australian private company, trading as Guardner Australia. We are the authorised Australian stockist of the Guardner Belt, which is designed and developed by Guardner Co., Ltd. in Japan.

These terms apply to every order you place with us through this site. Please read them before you buy. If you have a question, email info@cubic-innov8.com first.

2. The product

We sell the Guardner Belt in black, in sizes S, M, L and XL. Product photographs are of the genuine product; colours can look slightly different from screen to screen.

Sizes are given as a range of waist or hip measurements in the size guide. Sizing advice we give you is our best judgement, not a guarantee of fit — which is why the exchange policy in clause 7 exists.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

The price of the Guardner Belt is A$169, GST included. Promotion codes may be offered from time to time, and we may end, change or withdraw them at any time without notice; the price payable for your order is the price shown at checkout at the moment you complete your purchase.

Shipping is free within NSW, and a A$10 flat rate applies to interstate deliveries. Free local pickup is available in Sydney. You choose your delivery option at checkout. If your card is issued outside Australia, your bank or card scheme may apply a currency conversion or international transaction fee, which is between you and them.

4. Orders and acceptance

Selecting a size and completing payment is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will tell you why.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the buy-now-pay-later options Stripe offers in Australia. Your payment is subject to the provider's own terms.

We never see or store your card details — see our Privacy Policy.

6. Delivery, title and risk

We ship free to addresses within Australia, from Sydney. Estimated delivery times and dispatch cut-offs are set out in Shipping & Returns. Those estimates are the carrier's typical timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Title to and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Please make sure that address is correct — we cannot recover a parcel that has been delivered to an address you entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.

7. Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a size exchange or a change-of-mind refund, provided the belt is in resaleable condition and returned complete. Full details, including who pays return postage, are in Shipping & Returns.

This 14-day policy is a voluntary commitment we offer in addition to your legal rights. It is not a substitute for them.

9. Safe use and health information

The Guardner Belt is a general support and exercise product. It is not a medical device, it is not registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are under care for a back, hip or pelvic condition, are recovering from surgery or injury, or are pregnant, speak to your GP or physiotherapist before you start using the belt. Stop using it and seek advice if it causes pain, numbness or discomfort.

Customer accounts of their experience, and comments from practitioners, describe individual experiences. They are not a promise of results, and results vary from person to person.

Guardner® and the Guardner logo are trademarks of Guardner Co., Ltd. (Japan), used with permission. Product photography on this site is used under licence from the manufacturer. The text and layout of this site belong to Cubic Innov8 Pty Ltd. Please don't copy any of it for commercial use without asking us first.

11. Liability

Subject to clause 8, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid. We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by using the product contrary to clause 9 or the instructions supplied with it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this page at the time you placed it.
